I can't believe The SULLIVAN ELEMENTARY school was letting the kids out while the condition for heat was code BLACK and during those times Middle school and high school had the kids inside. I brought this to the attention of the administration staff at the SULLIVAN but they did not do anything aout this. I'm so mad I had to take my daughter out of the school while the code for heat was BLACK but I feel so sorry for the kids who don't have that privillages.
