Is there a public access web site for the Yokosuka Base Library?

Would like to be able to search for specific book titles on-line. Had this at my last location and it was great, you could even transfer books from a distant base library to one close to you. Liked being able to search the data base, reserve a title and pick it up later at the library.

Here's their page on the MWR website. About half way down there is a link to search their catalog. I don't know if you can reserve or transfer books though.
