Boy, this sounds sinister. I would hope & expect that few people will help your in your search, especially with so little background information. It's either a custody case gone bad, or you're a Russian spy... who knows?

I hate to sound so suspicious, but helping others track down someone who may hold a sensitive position on base... not a good idea.

If I understand correctly here you sent a letter to the Atsugi Base Commander requesting this information twice?

Anyway, there's no way the base commander or chaplain will tell you this info. You'll be lucky to get a polite reply, but no hard info.

I just clicked on the name on the post.  If I had to wager a guess on the limited information here I would say it's a matter of the heart but we don't have much to go on.

But it is mildly interesting...........
