Is anyone here familiar with the CAF hearings? I'm really curious to how they take place and who is present during them. Is it similar to a trial court? What types of things can get a person sent to a CAF? And lastly, is it common to get debared from the base for common offenses? Thanks ahead of time for any info

All of the answers that you are looking for are located in the CAF instruction (COMFLEACTINST 1750.5M) located on the CFAY website at https://www.cnic.navy.mil/navycni/groups/public/@cnrj/@yokosuka/documents/document/comfleactinst1750.5m.pdf

You will need your SSN and your last name in order to access the instruction portion of the website.

Also located on the website are handy instructions regarding AOB class, Fleet and Family Service Center, MWR, Tropical Cyclone Procedures and more.
