We just experienced this at the yunessen and it was fun. It cost 1000 yen extra but it was worth it.

We did the fish pedicure about a year or two ago at the Yokohama Sea Paradise.
It cost about 2,000 for 30 minutes, if I recall correctly. But my daughter was ticklish and it took her a while to get her feet in, so we paid a bit more as you could add on time in 500 yen increments.
I hope we can visit there again soon because my feet never felt so soft!

I saw one in Chinatown in one of the main shopping stores. Not sure on the price, probably about the same as Yokohama Sea Paradise
