My wife who is a  Family Nurse Practitioner has orders to Yokosuka in August.  I am currently a civilian employee in the GS-343 Management and Program Analysis Series.  I have been applying for jobs on USA Jobs with no luck as of yet.  Through searching this site I have also come across SAIC, CSC, Honeywell, and ITT as sources of possible contractor positions.  Does anyone out there have any other avenues for me to look down in regards to employment?  Please contact me at cbryan80@gmail.com with any information.  I would greatly appreciate any help that I can get!

check out navyfed.org ...there is a part-time job opening (or there was a few days ago)...it's pretty easy to get full-time eventually if that's what you want.

Also, keep in mind that you can look for positions on Yokosuka, Atsugi and even Zama and it will be a "tolerable" transit to/from work daily.

CSC has contracts on base and have had jobs posted. I am not sure of the website though. Remember, you will already have a leg up on people stateside because you are here.
