Sasebo Base Aerial Photo

Took me a sec to get my bearings. That blue-roofed bldg on the left sticking out in the water in the MWR ticket office. Right below it (in the forefront) is the food court. Cool shot!

And that is pretty much the whole base too...

Just curious... How can you tell?  I don't really know the base that well. 

the amount of parking

Buildings that we've demolished are still in the shot. In front of the gym, there grassy area isn't completed.

That's true...The building pictured between the food court & laundromat is now a parking area. Funny, I didn't realize that when I first looked at it.

still, for an older shot, it's a great one
