Hi I just wanna share that SEIYU has all their items on sale since they are closing the building down. All the items are on sale. I think its a pretty good deal since a lot of Japanese items are of good quality. A purse that's worth 18,900-24,000 yen was sold to me at 3980 so that was like 70-80% discount I would say. High quality underwears are sold at 2,200 yen from triumph which used to be 4,800. So as diapers which is now less than a thousand yen for a big bag of a Japanese diaper. They are closing it down so everything must go. Just wanna share.

Just an update as the closing date of seiyu is near the 100 yen store in the 4th floor is now 50% off so 100 yen is now 50 yen plus the 3 yen tax I think. Thanks.
