I really need to ask a few questions of the ACS EFMP on Camp Zama and I have a link to the installation phone book for there, but when I try to dial it in skype it never goes through (says I've dialed wrong or number doesn't exist, etc.).  Please help me with how to call them!

It is sooo hard to place calls here, and I'm here on Zama! lol I'm not 100% but I think it's this...

011-81-3117-63-then the last four of the number. I have like four different numbers for ACS though. Here they are...4572,8327 and the one from their FB page is 2382. If these don't work you can try the base operator maybe? 011--81-3117-63-8089. If not, there's always their FB page, it has the email contact.
