Wife is a cosmetologist for over 5yrs she is planning in just going back to school finish her degree while in Japan but was wondering is there a hair salon on base that does high end hair that she could do part time? She's even debating just doing hair from home part time depending on the demand from the looks of things I think she might fair better with the latter.
