All electric vehicles will suffer from discharge problems (prob for years to come); other tech for charging and range need to be incorporated in to these designs so that when a charging station isn't around it doesn't cause a catastrophic failure...

In reading the 5 cases of alleged bricking, they all sound pretty implausible or attributable to owner stupidity. How can anyone be unaware of or incurious about voltage incompatibility between US & Japan? Or leaving a $100k vehicle, unplugged, for a month & a half? Or using a 100-foot extension cord, and not checking on it from time to time? In other words, bricking may in fact be real, but you have to be outside-the-norm stupid to fall victim. Makes you wonder how these people got wealthy enough to buy the Roadster in the first place.

Sorry guys, no matter what I do today, the formatting won't come out right on the post.
I just upgraded the editor for JB. It should allow you a lot more options to format the text.

If your trying to copy text from 1 place to this site, (example: FROM ANOTHER WEBSITE, OR FROM A DOCUMENT)
You need to understand that it copies over the FORMATTING of that text, and the CSS in some cases.

We provide people the HTML tab, if you understand HTML to format the text, and get it the way people would like it to display.

Let me know if you need any assistance.

Quite a few professional athletes come to mind that have had millions and eventually lost it all living a lifestyle beyond their means.
