Are you guys getting gouged at Chili's in Yokosuka?

The reason I ask is just yesterday my wife dined at the Yokosuka Chili's and ordered one of the same items we normally order at the Yokota Chilis and she noticed the price in Yokosuka was 12.50 for the same item in Yokota which charges 8.95. (Quesadilla Explosion)

Here's is the current Yokota menu: http://yokotaservices.org./e107_ima...Menu_3.pdf

If true that's very sad they have a credit card fraud issue involving thousands and your post allowance is also being lowered but they overcharge for the same items?

Perhaps a boycott is in order.

It's even worse here in Sasebo. We just moved here after 3 years in Yokosuka. Even the groceries (for some reason!!!???) are more expensive, yet the COLA for Sasebo is lower than Yokosukas. Make sense? doh!

I don't eat there anymore. It's been over 2 yrs. the last time I ate there my husband and I were the only ones in there, our burger and fries came out cold...NO EXCUSE! Plus the waiter hovered over us and every time we tried to take a bite he was at the table. They are WAY over priced too...rather eat " Japanese" Mexican and pay the yen to the locals

I don't ever eat there, but my friend got wings from there and it was $12 for six. Yikes. It is very expensive for some reason.

Its because the chilies management team is a worthless, when MWR contracted for the franchise the chilies management team made a bunch of assumptions on how much business they would have. when this did not materialize do to poor customer service, long wait times and multiple openings and closeings in the first six months, they raised the prices to offset the amount of money they were not making. then as the prices rose, patron counts dropped even more so they raised them again. now it costs 10 dollars for a burger that I can buy (for all intents and purposes...its just a burger) at Mean jeans for 5 or 6 dollars.

The former clubs directors screwed the pooch when they brought Chilis in here. We lost the seaside, the seaside grill and the delli and got only chilies. the seaside facility now only uses 1/2 of the available floor space and the balance is not used becasue it would "compete" with chilis in the same area.

(and please none of you retards ask for crispy cream again, they will use that as an excuse to close down some other perfectly usable eating establishment)

They raised the prices after I lived in Yokosuka for a year or less. Like a $10 item rose to $12.50. That was probably '09?-'10?

All I can say is that with the price change complaints about management and staff were up. After the earthquake I had good service but unfortunately they were hit with the fraud and I never went back.
