Hey Everyone Im looking into starting a business selling Makeup out here in Sasebo but im unsure as to what is available to me. I heard that MaryKay doesnt ship out here and Neither does Avon. Does Anyone know if thats true or if there is any Makeup i can sell out here in Japan?

They got a local Japan Avon where you can join online. The problem is it is in Japanese and someone who can read their writings might help. You can also try shisheido.

First you have have permission from CFAS. Because you are SOFA there are specific rules that they can help you with. The premise is that you are here in support of DoD, not to start a business. Also you cannot use the base post office to support your business so product shipment must go international, even if your business is done on-base only. Remember, please, asking "why?" or "why not?" Does not change the law. Your base legal office and post office are the final answer.
