I am seriously kicking myself for not bringing our trampoline.  I was worried our yard wouldn't be big enough and/or they wouldn't be allowed on base.  However, we have more than enough room for one and found out they are allowed.  The weight limit exceeds the maximum for FPO shipping. Has anyone seen them for sale any where in Japan or know of a way to get it shipped from the US to our home rather than the post office box?  It is something my kids used almost every day for the past 10 years and they really miss having one.  I would love to surprise them with one for Christmas!

I looked all over Amazon Japan and found only small goofy ones.

Maybe a sports shop off base?

Thanks Thaiguy. We looked at Sports Authority in Yokohama the other day and they didn't have one. I will keep looking. I may run over to Costco today...they carry them in the states so maybe....(fingers crossed).

    Groovie,

I was just about to recommend Costco to you.

I've seen them there. Typically they will put them out during the summer months, so I dont know if they would be occupying the space above during Christmas time with a Trampoline.

    Here are directions to Costco:

I also would recommend you speak with the customer service department.
Ask them about special ordering one.

Costco doesn't have them right now. You might be able to find them this coming spring, but all you're going to find there now is Christmas stuff.

We've bought one since being here, got it in Yokota. Word to the wise, ANCHOR IT!! We woke up one morning and my daughter thought someone had stolen her tampoline cause it wasn't in our backyard. Nope, the wind had blown it two yards over, fences and all and broke the frame! The wind has claimed alot of my friends trampolines aswell, and this wasn't during a typhoon, just normal Yokosuka wind.
