All prices apply to a single night for not to exceed room occupancy limits.

DISCOUNTS:

USAF Club member Discounts 10% discount on all products and services except for concessionaire / contracted services, including horse stable fees, festival / special event charges, damage or cleaning fees and deposits, Local National fees and charges, and private organization or official tournaments and conferences.

RESERVATIONS POLICY:

Patrons may reserve up to 3 separate units for friends or family members but must remain present throughout the reservation period.  The transfer of reservations to other persons is not permitted.

DV SUITE:  Reservations are taken up to 90 days in advance for SOFA Status, Group Commanders, Squadron Commanders / Directors, O-6's, GS-15's, and above stationed at Yokota AB.  Other authorized patrons welcome if units are reserved prior to 7 days.

Samurai Cabin: Reservations are taken up to 90 days in advance for Group Commanders, Squadron Commanders, Directors, O-6's, and GS-15s and above stationed at Yokota AB.  Other authorized patrons are welcome if unit is not reserved prior to 7 days.

Shogun Cabin: Reservations are taken up to 90 days in advance for Group Commanders, Squadron Commanders, Directors, O-6's and GS-15's and above stationed at Yokota AB.  Other authorized patrons are welcome if unit is not reserved prior to 7 days.

Lodging reservations may not exceed 90 days in advance and must be secured by a credit card at the time the reservation is made.  The reservation fee will be equal to a single night's lodging in the selected unit.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
A cancellation notice must be submitted to the reservation desk 3 days prior to the scheduled check-in date in order to avoid associated fees.

ESCORTING FRIENDS/FAMILY:  I asked the front security guard how many people can 1 person escort.  He said UP TO 10 people.
