Has any one heard of any Lacrosse teams in Japan? My soon to be 13 year old son plays right now and he loves it (and we LOVE watching it!) I doubt there is anything through MWR for kids as it is quite rough but maybe there is an active duty team that plays and wouldn't mind having a teenager practice with them and just watch or help out during games.... Honestly, it doesn't even have to be an organized team- he would even love to just meet up and throw the ball around too! We will be in Yokosuka and hope to live in Negeshi so anywhere accessible within a 1-2 hour train ride would be fine if he could participate!

I think there is an adult team somewhere. Last year, someone in our old command did lacrosse in Yokota or Atsugi or something like that. She traveled a lot with it- I think she even went overseas with it.
