no communication from ombudsman

    just curious if anyone else is having the same problem. the ombudsman for my husbands command has not given out any information, not a blanket email, phone call or even responded to any of my emails. i do understand she is just as busy as the rest of us with everything going on but we have all been advised to contact our ombudsman for info. other wives i know are constantly being updated by their ombudsman. i know i sound like i am complaining but i just want the latest info about our command.

    You can contact Fleet and Family Support, they train the commands ombudsman and they should be notified of an ombudsman not doing their job properly.
