    Anybody know where I can get information on the current status of the trains and highways?! I have friends that just flew in (welcome to Japan!) and of course they're stuck at the airport so I was hoping I could find a status for them/me.

    my mother-in-law is due to be in narita airport at 3pm, so my husband just got on the 12 noon shuttle to go from yokosuka to the airport, the thing is though the highways are still closed so the bus has to take all the back roads, the trip is estatimated to be 7 hours one way!!! i'm guessing he will proably take the train back because its running from the airport area to yokosuka from what he was told. If you hear anything let me know please!!

    Does anyone know if the Narita bus is still running to and from Yokosuka? How about the highway? Did they open them up?
