Awwww Lucky! I just hit 31 weeks. I don't think he's going to wait the full 2 month though. Sorry that you are so uncomfortable

I couldn't even find the castor oil here with my daughter - where did you get it? I heard that mixing it in orange juice really helps (I tried it with mineral oil and didn't even notice it, but mineral oil doesn't really have a taste to begin with, so....). I bet that the liquor and the apricot juice would hide the taste of the castor oil.

Walking worked for me.. I tried a slow jog / fast pace walk, and it really helped near 8 months.

Sorry, I don't know about Japanese ways of inducing labor. Have you tried the babycenter.com website for some general ideas? They have tons of threads on there about inducing labor. I never tried the castor oil, but some people say it works, others just say it made them super sick. Unfortunately, my second baby was several days "late," so I'm not much of a help. LOL. Don't worry; the baby will come before you know it! I wish you the best of luck.
