BZ: I would like to thank Naoko-san from Information, Tours and Ticketing (ITT) office for helping my husband and I when we were trying to find the Babies R Us store – one of the few locations that no one on base seemed to know how to find. We were able to find directions online, but they were in Japanese, which neither of us are able to read. My husband suggested we stop by ITT and ask for some help. Naoko was kind enough to sit down with us to translate the directions and even provide us a map (and highlighted our route) – free of charge! We are so grateful for her assistance and were able to make it to our destination with no problems. I am consistently impressed by the level of service, professionalism and courtesy the employees at ITT exhibit. I believe this to be reflective of their true character, as I often see some of them around base after hours and they continue to be friendly and professional. Thanks again Naoko-san, and congratulations to your whole office for building a great team that provides excellent service to the Yokosuka community.
