Does anyone know of someone who teaches violin? I have a child who wants to continue violin lessons while we are in Japan.

They have lessons at the community center and I have seen ads for private lessons around.

If you are someone you know is interested in violin I know a young man interested in teaching. The only problem is he needs a location to hold classes. He is without a car so he can not teach within homes. If you have suggestions please let me know. He has tried the community center but all rooms and time slots are full.

Both daughters are taking private violin lessons currently. I usually pick her up at the main gate because she's a Japanese. And we are just glad to have her because she is amazingly good and she performs in Symphony in Tokyo! Her charges are very reasonable so if you are interested, let me know and I can give you her contact.

Our kids are currently taking lessons off base at a small studio. My wife wants to see how things work out before switching but I will keep you in mind. Any issues with teaching 4 and 5 year olds at my off base house?
