Traditionally, Yokota Air Base opens its gates to our Japanese neighbors to participate in the American custom of "Trick-or-Treating" in costume on Halloween night. On 31 Oct, we will again have Trick-or-Treating from 1800-2000. Please review the attached wing policy letter on this year's procedures to ensure everyone ...has an enjoyable time.
