U.S. Naval Hospital Yokosuka Commanding Officer Capt. Stephen Pachuta presents HM1(SW) Rusty Rapada with a Blue Star flag following his return from Afghanistan Aug. 12.

Blue Star flags, which are displayed on the hospital quarterdeck to honor deployed Sailors, were presented to four hospital personnel who recently returned from serving in overseas contingency operations.
