    Hello everyone. I am from Austria and my husband and I arrived in February and are now living in Kamakura. I'm interested to meet people in or around the Yokosuka area who speak German. I'm also fluent in Italian and speak Spanish as well. Love to hear from you!

    Sasebo is quite a ways from Yokosuka; imagine driving from München to Paris (it's actually a little farther than that).

    You'll be pleasantly surprised as to how friendly people are here in Yokosuka, so don't be shy and make some friends.

    Even though my mom is from Germany and I studied German in High School, my lack of use has rendered me with a very limited vocabulary. Ironically enough, the last time I used German was in Pattaya Beach Thailand in 2001; there are a lot of German tourists there.
