    FFSC Yokosuka Needs Assessment Survey until midnight Aug. 15 – Commander Fleet Activities Yokosuka Fleet and Family Support Center (FFSC) is conducting a Needs Assessment Survey to help improve their services to customers.

    The survey is available online and can be accessed via the Survey Monkey website at http://www.surveymonkey.com/s/D9JRQLT.

    The survey does not collect any personal identification information from respondents.

    The survey will be conduct from now until midnight Aug. 15. Contact FFSC at 243-3372 for more information.
