BZ – I want to offer a public thank you to the Yokosuka MWR Fitness and Wellness and to my trainer, Joannemay. I began working with her in August. I had worked out before and seen trainers in the past but I haven’t seen the results like I have with Joannemay. I used to hate running, but because of her I’ve completed three 5k runs and improved my time on all of them. I really couldn’t have done this without her, and it’s been a difficult process. Every time I meet with her she has a smile on her face and is ready to work. She has inspired me to become a personal trainer and I am taking the course in Misawa in January. Thank you again, MWR and Joannemay.
