Just got done watching the moving "Salt" tonight.

Interesting plot and twist throughout the entire movie.

I think Angelina Jolie is a great actress.  She did an amazing job, and who ever was her stunt double did a great job also.  There was a lot of action scenes.

It feels like at the end, they are preparing for "Salt 2"

    I enjoyed it overall.

Yea they did do a good job with this one huh. I was very happy at the end, I think I may even pay cash money for the DVD when it comes out. I just wish they would have went into the Pres reaction after he woke up, because he knows that ol boy was infact a spy. Maybe they'll cover it in the next one.

Yes I think same thing. They didn't talk at all about the president at the end.

How come in all spy action movies they have a long waiting period? I know why plot-wise, it's so they can have a battle and all that. But in this movie, for example...

    SPOILERS HERE

So the President does the fingerprint thing, reads off the numbers, all that stuff. Then it says something about AUTHENTICATING. And that takes 10 minutes (just long enough for the good and bad guy to battle).

Daheck is the nanocomputer doing? Calling Equifax to make sure it's the President? I know. Realistic suspension of disbelief. But I sat there thinking "what on earth could be taking so long for that computer. I bet they're calling Atlanta to do a credit check on the President."

And I agree. Thought it was a fun silly movie. Didn't like the spider part.

I felt sorry for the spider when Salt extracted it's venom. The movie was quite fun, but there were quite a few times where what will happen next can be easily predicted, not that it doesn't make it any less entertaining though. What I really love about the film is that Salt is definitely no damsel in distress. Although real Russian spies is a case that must be taklen seriously, I can't help but find it funny this movie came out just recently after an actual female Russian spy was taken into custody by the U.S. government.
