Im curious if anyone can help me with finding out who I need to talk to about going to college. And my options as far as Financial Aid or using my husbands GI Bill. Thank you for your help.

There is a lot of information on the CFAY website- https://www.cnic.navy.mil/Yokosuka/CommunitySupport/SchoolsandEducation/CNICP_A150493

I would suggest first going to Navy College (Located on the 3rd floor of the Fleet Rec Center). They have counselors that you can talk with and can give you some information on online schools/transferring credits, etc. All Yokosuka's on-base schools that teach face-to-face (and online) are also located on that floor and you can talk to each of their representatives while you are up there. Navy College also has some information about financial aid and about the YOSC scholarship. There is a ton of official information about the GI BILL on the Veterans Affairs (VA) website. However, if you want to talk with a LIVE person, face-to-face, then the active duty member in your family would want to talk to the VA Representative (located in the Community Readiness Building (across from commissary)- 4th floor) about using/transferring GI Bill. Hope that helps to get your started-- best of luck!
