Some of us have discussed getting together through out the week to go on walks, bike rides, and possibly get a party room at one of the towers to do exercise videos and provide support and help motivate one another. Would any of you be interested? Nothing has been set up yet, I'm just trying to see if anyone was interested.  It would most likely be in the am so that we could drop off kids at school and then go probably around 8:30-ish.  Children would be welcome of course!

I would be interested in a walking group.

Although I might be interested, timing is not always good for me.  I usually work from 730-630 mon-fri.  I have my daughter the rest of the time.  So for me to do it, I'd have to go first thing at the butt crack of morning which would take some super duper motivation on my part.  =)

Yesterday I ordered the Power 90 workout DVDs (P90 is the video series before P90X and is easier and less intense) I'd be happy to share my videos if any is interested in coming to work on them with me! I'm not sure how long it will take for them to get in...I can't wait to get started on it!

KRush, do you have a time that would work for you? I have issues with having to get up and go in the am too, but with having to get Kiley ready for school, I have to be up anyway.

MKY, Sounds good! If you know of anyone who might be interested in joining in with us, let me know. I was thinking about getting started doing it regularly when school starts back, but if you'd like to start before then, just let me know what works for you! I'll probably be busy for the next week, but I'm game anytime after that!
