BZ: I wanted to comment on the recent service that I received at the Auto Rental on Yokosuka. I was having “challenges” with my satellite set-up at home and the folks were so helpful. It is truly apparent that these folks get customer service training, because they know how to treat folks. Especially helpful was Mr. Uchiyama – going way beyond the normal assistance, in my humble opinion. Please thank these folks and let them know that I am one satisfied customer. Thanks to their excellent customer service!

先日の横須賀オート・レンタルでの顧客サービスに大変感謝しております。自宅での衛星機器の取り付けに難儀していたのですが、スタッフが非常に親切で頼りになりました。顧客に対する態度が素晴らしく、その道のトレーニングを受けていることは明白です。特に内山さんからは通常の顧客サービスの範疇を超えるほどの支援をいただきました。スタッフの皆さんに私の満足の声を是非お伝えください。素晴らしいサービスをありがとうございました。
