    Hi everyone!i have 3 animals as of right now,2 cats and a ferret.But i want to get one of the free k6 week old kittens that just got posted up at the nex!i brought my two cats over no problem,i put one with us in the cabin and one in cargo.im wondering if we could carry the ferret and cat in the cabin with us and also put 2 underneath?

    oh man, I can just imagine that ferret getting loose over the Pacific. On the bright side, they wouldn't have to worry about snakes!

    hahaa,that ferret is the craziest animal ive ever owned.if she got loose she would run around biting everyone's feet and they would prolly throw her off the plane

    The answer is kinda yes and no. In any flight there can be only two animals in the cabin per flight. And you have to make reservations for it too. The other thing is that the millitary will only pay for up to two animals for you.

    So I know of a great dane that is here on Okinawa and his owner paid $8,000.00 to ship him here. This is because he is over the size regulations of the millitary. And I have heard of other pet owners paying around $4,000.00 per animal. There are also a few people in Okinawa I know that will help you with the shipping process with your animals but you might want to find somone more locally for you. And last thing about the ferret. You are going to have to specificly find out the restrictions on that one. Most of the things I have read on shipping animals (like when I took my two cats with me.) only refer too cats and dogs.And keep in mind that ferrets are still illeagal to own as pets in some states. California used to be one of them I dont know if that has changed,the law for that one was trying to be passed as we were leaving California about 4years ago.
