I'm looking for someone that does African Hair braiding on the Yokosuka  Naval Base...anyone know of someone that does all types of african hair braiding????

If you find someone who does African Hair braiding, PLEASE let me know. I report next year, (hopfully by the time I get there they will still be available) and I am almost positive I will need my hair braided eventually. Thanks!

If you want quality and DEPENDABILITY, I'd suggest that you find a JAPANESE braider.

There is a shop right across from the Shell gas station on Rt 16 called I think "Rikki's". They do braids. They will be more expensive, but at least they will KEEP the appointment. This place is less than a 5 minute walk from either of the gates of Yokosuka base.

Is there anyone on Yokosuka base that can braid hair? Is there anyone on main base that can style natural hair?
