It would be nice if the cords were nicely coiled after use for the next user instead of dumped on the shed floor in a heap, creating a safety hazard...thanks

Welll this may have seemed a bit rude and sarcastic now that I reread, but that wasn't the intention. It's just annoying to have a tangled cord to carry and then have to untangle it before using on a large yard. Also, a mess of a cord on the floor is an accident waiting to happen.

sarcasm is warranted; people should be more considerate. On the other hand, it's possible the cord was nicely coiled then messed up by someone digging around. I used to have a plastic spindle thing I could wind garden cords around which kept everything way neat for next time. I don't suppose one can find those in Japan.

Yeah I could see that as a possibility if there was anything to dig through! Not much in there except a few rakes, mowers, wackers, and cords. I'm not the only one who winds it up nice...I just hope that by keeping it neat every time, others will see that and follow suit.
