This is CFAY's official answer about trash:

In accordance with CFAY Policy Statement of 1 FEB 2005, disposal of trash (other than bulk items and approved recyclables) on base by off-base residents is prohibited. Off-base residents must use their neighborhood curbside trash disposal service, or take advantage of other community-based services. This policy constitutes a lawful order and violators will be held accountable. Further, CFAY INST 11200.1T paragraph 6e (1) states that if an individual is involved in unauthorized trash or hazardous material disposal onboard the installation, it will result in an automatic 30-day suspension of their drivers license. Second offenses, no matter how much time has elapsed between the two offenses, will result in an automatic 12-month suspension. If you see illegal trash dumping, please note the license number of the vehicle and report it to security.
