Okay I answered my own question today. So there are a few things you can do about parking if you need to fly out of Naha and will return to Okinawa.

Anyone on TAD can park on Kinser and take a cab to Naha Im not sure on the details of this. But its something to ask a friend about.

Next what you can do is there is a shuttle buss from either Fosters westpack in or Kadenas sho gunn inn. Now the Shuttle runs on a schedual that can change and its $25.00 for a family of three to ride which is due when you get on the bus. The bad thing about this is that anyone on orders has proity and if your going on vacation your space availble. So you can call and let them know when you will be there but you can still be bumped. So there is a chance you could miss a flight out if your not careful. Also I think they stop running at midnight so if your flight comes in at say 2am your stuck at the airport til the shuttle starts running again at 6am. This sounds like a total pain in the butt.

Having a friend drop you off and pick you up is always the cheapest.

Sky Parking. I found a web site for it googling and I found some great reviews of it on a blog.So basicly you call thier number which is : 098-981-8670. You have to make a reservation. Then on the day of your flight they meet you at the airport around your gate and you give them the keys. I have also been hearing that they help with your bags as well. Then when you return you call them when you are ready to be picked up at the airport and they drive your car right too you. If you leave your car for more than 10days they was and wax it for you for free. Its very full service.Here is thier price list.
