I have paid all my  bills for my off base house except the gas.  At first I lost the actual bill.  I went to the Nex to see if I could pay the reading without having the actual bill.  Of course not, so they told me to just call the company to get a new bill then come in and pay it.  I took the new bill in Monday and the person at the window says I can only pay Tokyo gas at the NEX.  Is that true?  Can I not pay my Kana gas bill there?  I plan to try 7-11, is there any better way?  I was thinking I would be able to pay all my utilities at the NEX.  I just live in Hayama, so I'm sure it would be common for people to have Kana gas.

Is that the official name of the gas company you go through?

Is there any telephone # you have for the company. I may be able to call them and ask for you.
