Which Countries Accept The No Fee Passport For Leisure Travel

EVERY country that accepts any passport. "No-fee" is just a descriptive used to define if YOU have to pay for it or not. Doesn't matter to anyone else. Each countries VISA requirements are the same regardless of whether you have a fee or no-fee.

Official (red) passports are different.

The no fee passport says: " This passport is valid only for use in connection with the bearer's residence abroad as a dependent of a member of the American military or naval forces on active duty outside the united states" so technically we can only use them to travel between US and Japan. What they told me when I got the reentry permit stamp at PSD was that it was up to the country to accept it. We have been using it to travel to different countries in Asia with no problems but I always carry the regular pay passport just in case.
