What can army do if u break a law but aren't caught while doing it?

Well, either way you're caught if they know about it, right? Lol.

I think it's just common sense here... as long as there is evidence, you're going to get in trouble. Or is there circumstances behind this that need to be explained, anonymous searcher?

I have an Airman who was on restriction for having sex while underway. She was put on restriction and confined to the ship. Last week she found out she was six weeks pregnant ( right in the middle of her confinement). Needless to say, she is still caught even if they didn't experience the coitus.
