Has anyone been to a Japanese Winery?  I'd love to go visit some but don't really know where to start on planning a trip.  Any advice or tips on where to go, when to go, how to do it?  Thanks!

I found this blog and it looks fantastic... http://www.wideislandview.com/?p=1556  Has anyone been out here? How far from Yoko is it?

Also following the theme, how about the Whiskey Distilleries?  I know ITT does a tour, but it seemed expensive since we're a big family... anyone have any suggestions?
