Go to www.creativeman.co.jp and click on the english tab for full details if you want to go to this show. I will be there with bells on but I will be making this face in the pit and the smaller asian people will be all like when they see me coming. I take it easy on them though cause there is no need to see them make the  face like last time. So buy your tickets and come make the  and  face with me in the pit. \m/(><)\m/ lol. You need to add the horns up face adam.

My parents went to the last Ray Charles Yokosuka concert he ever did (8, 9 years ago?). They said they shelled out HUNDREDS of dollars for something that would have cost 40 bucks in the US. This is simple Economics 101 people...what the market will bear, and Japanese people will pay 8, 9, 10, 29 times more than the USA counterparts.

I never bothered to look up concert prices over here. Been here almost 7 years and counting. Like some things in Japan, concerts have always been horrifically expensive and I never wasted my time.

I looked at going to the Beastie Boys three years and two months ago and realized I could almost fly back to NYC and catch their concert at Madison a mere 6 months later. For the exact same price. Insanity, these people over here. WHAT THE MARKET WILL BEAR. NIHONGO!

That said, I hope you have fun at your Lamb concert. Baaaaah!

I'm pretty sure that has a religious reference, but I'm too sleepy to click on that concert info.

Yeah the concerts in Japan are pretty expensive but the prices havent really increased over the last 15 years so now it is about right, I don't mind to pay $80 to see a good show. Plus most of the shows I like are "standing" meaning no seats and you can go as close as you want in a place that holds 500-1000 people. You cant see most of these popular bands in that small of a place in the USA.

Oh and Lamb of God, guess they got tired of being protested/banned by a bunch of closed minded religious people due to their previous name of Burn The Priest. So now Lamb of God is the name, but nothing has changed from the beginning, no "selling out" here! *banging head*

Creativeman listing for Lamb of God:

"※Please notice we do not allow children preschool age (5 years old) and younger to enter show / venue."

haha that is freakin hilarious! So I can bring my 6 year old? excellent!! *metal horns up*

I seen them last year and it was a great show. This one I think is $70 wich I'll pay with a smile on my face. The most I have paid is $300 for last years loud park (both days). I love going to shows so I'll shell out the dough if I have to. Who the hell needs to sit when there is people to crush? My first concert was seating for lamb of god and slipknot...I vowed to never sit again.

IA! We need the rocker guy, lol.

But as far as "overpriced" tickets here... sometimes it's just worth spending that money on a band you love. Plus you get to see them in Japan~ And the venue tends to be smaller! I usually shell out for the $$$ tickets for bands I love in the States so no matter.

But yeah, they're a couple bands on the list right now I would of seen for like $3/40 in the States, but I ain't paying 7000 yen plus here. D:

Yeah groups I want to see is reasonable at about $70-$80 a pop. Plus the 2 day all day festivals like Loud Park at $200 I can deal with that cause I get to see 20+ bands. Now what I CANT see is paying $150 for Whitney Houston or the Backstreet Boys. But what do I know, most of those sell out 20,000 seats at that price so they are getting paaaaaid!

we thought about going but we are moving back to the states soon and will see them at Mayhem in August so we are going to pass. $60 for just them is nuts.
We saw them in Tokyo last March w/ In Flames.. good show.
