Are there any available at any of the universities there in Yokosuka? I am hoping to start vet training soon. It doesn't matter if it's vet tech, assistant, or whatever else there is. I'd just like to know what my options are.

I know you can get classes for vet assistant online, probably not the greatest overal education, but it's good enough to get a certificate in it. I acutally signed up for it, because I was bored and the Mycaa payed for it...I'll have the info when I come, and you can look over it with me. I also got a dog trainer course!
