From Adam Jones: BZ to Mr Bernard Wicke from Yokosuka Main Street (Popeyes):

I have seen this guy working on this base for years.  I never actually said a word to him until tonight, when I told him he was doing a great job with the customers.

I remember seeing him working the first time at Sbarro's atleast 3-4 years ago.  Then I noticed he started supporting Popeyes.  I see him sometimes helping Long John Silvers, and still he is always very great with customers, and any issues they seem to have.

I have seen and listened to him resolve issues in the past, and never really said a word, just remembered the situation.

Well tonight I went by Popeyes to get some food.  I ran to the restroom, and I gave my wife the ticket to pick up are order.  Well she didnt know what I had ordered, I just had handed her the ticket, and when I came to sit down, I noticed that they had forgotten the mash potatoes (large) from our order.

So I headed back up to the extremely long line.  I waited there because there were several people all crunched up at there little pickup area, and politely got my way in, and asked, "Mr. Bernard Wicke, they forgot our mash potato (large) order)."  He just looked at me, and while trusting me, he just fulfilled my request.

Now I know thats a touch job to handle, and you have 50 million people asking you questions every which way, but he handled my request very professionally, and just wanted to say, "Thank you".

I hope he is able to read this, so if anyone knows who this man is, please let him know I think he is doing a fantastic job.
