Hello I know this isn't the topic, But I'm hoping someone could help. I bought a magic jack from the nex a couple of days ago I have set it up and got a numberand I even get a dial tone problem is once I dial the person I'm trying to reach I dont hear the ringing but on my computer screen it states its ringing the person on the other end does'nt hear anything either. Can anyone tell me what I'm doing wrong or do I have to buy international min to call back to the states?

You don't need to buy any international minutes.  You have a settings problem open up magic jack and click on the help menu that will allow you to trouble shoot the sounds, speakers and microphone.  Normally people don't hear the telephone ring because the have their speakers off.
