    I saw this posted on the wall at AVE. Athough my Japanese reading skills are weak I have deduced that if you are having a heart attack then it is OK to call 119 but if you are drunk then you should not call.

    I spoke with my wife, and basically she said that "119" is for emergencies only. Japan has a problem which people calling "119" which is not an emergency, and to only call when there is a real emergency.

    The top words say "HELP WITH YOUR HANDS"..

    An ad for CPR classes? I wouldn't have guess that one. Thanks, Adam. I'm usually amused at the pictures on the ads and posters I see around town. It's funny they use a drunk guy as the example of a non-emergency.
