I want to get my boyfriend a cake. I live stateside and am obviously not going to send it from here. Any suggestions or help???

You will need to book Jessica maybe 6-8 weeks in advance, sometimes more. I have sadly never been able to find her available, but my friend was used her twice Another friend is using her this Monday! Another lady is Shona, she also has a facebook page for cakes and cake pops. You could possibly join one of the spousal facebook groups and through your add there.
